These apply to exchange policy of damage/ wrong item:
- However, the return shipping fee should be borne by the buyer & later will be credited into your account to be used on next purchased
- The damage/wrong item should be exchanged with the same item ( size&colour )
- In case of the item is not available we'll not return the money but the price spent on the item will be credited in your account to be used on the next purchase
This applies to pre-order items. in any circumstances.

- The Maximum period for reservation is 2 day. Otherwise, the items will be sold to the next person in waiting list (if any) without prior notice & if you've made payment, your money will be fully refunded.
- If you cant' make full payment within 2 day upon your reservation, please deposit at least 50% from the total price. any cancellation of order will not be refunded.
- Those who go missing in acting without prior notice after placing order or cancelling order after 2 day from our confirmation email will be blacklisted

Shipping and handling cost start at RM6, depending on the weight of items.
Items will be sent through Pos Laju only. international shipping will be done through registered mail or EMS only.
Please allow 3-7 day for delivery ( excluding weekends & public holidays )
We will not be responsible for any damage / loss of items during shipment
